عبارات رایج در نامه های رسمی انگلیسی

چگونه یک نامه ی رسمی به زبان انگلیسی  بنویسیم؟

پبامک، ایمیل ، چت، شبکه های اجتماعی و … همه و همه راه های مختلفی هستند که از طریق انها در طول شبانه روز برای دوستان و نزدیکان خود در ارتباط هستیم. در این مواقع تنها کافیست آنچه را که میخواهید به زبان ساده برای دوستان خود ارسال کنید و منتظر پاسخ بمانید. بار ها و بارها برای دوستان خود نامه مینویسید و جواب دریافت میکنید ، بدون اینکه به قالب نامه نوشته شده دقت کنید.

اما حتی متبحرترین افراد در زبان انگلیسی نیز گاهی از نوشتن نامه های اداری و رسمی خودداری میکنند. دانستن گرامر و زبان و کلمات کاربردی در زبان انگلیسی برای نگارش اینگونه نامه ها کافی نیست.  آنچه در نگارش نامه های اداری بیش از هرچیز دیگری خودنمایی می کند رعایت قالب استاندارد آن است، بگونه ای که بتوان در حداقل کلمات و جملات ، حداکثر مفهوم را رساند.

از این رو ، همواره عبارات و کلماتی خاص در نامه های اداری و رسمی استفاده میشود. در این بخش سعی شده است رایج ترین عبارات مورد استفاده در نامه های تجاری و اداری در قالبی آسان و طبقه بندی شده جمع آوری شود.
